Easy to order, exceedingly good prices compared to buying in a brick and mortar carpet shop. Underlay delivered and left in my porch as I had instructed. It was the real deal, Cloud9 11mm. Cannot find fault with Remland. I will use again when the need arises.

Ordered an oak door threshold that proved difficult to find even from 'specialist' websites. Product was perfect and arrived in a couple of days ( far quicker than other companies quoted). Excellent service, would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

1st class service. This is my first dealing with Remland. I live in North East of England and they were the only ones with the product i required. I ordered on line unsure if they would deal with me being so far away. This was no problem. I was kept informed of my orders progress and it arrived safely packaged and exactly what I wanted. I am an "online dinosaur" but found their site simple and easy to use. I would recommend anyone in their area to "give them a try" when you are looking for carpets Ernie Robson Newcastle upon Tyne.

I have not received the carpet

The only place I could find what I wanted. Efficient ordering service, but a bit disappointed about the long delivery times. Still, I suppose that is down to the manufacturer.

Had a lot of bad luck recently with other deliveries of large goods ordered from online companies...giving me the run around with delivery times and damages. However; Remlands Carpets order arrived in Lancashire within a couple of days. Delighted, no problems at all. The Tuffnells courier waited for me to check the order, which was well wrapped. I will definitely use again. Very competitive pricing.

Great company to buy from, walked in and was given great advise on the best options available within our budget. Fitted within the week. No issues or delays in any part of the process and all staff were very helpful

Good quality vinyl. Our particular vinyl was cheapest here, but other carpets we were interested in were cheaper elsewhere. We made an online order and paid through PayPal which is Good, but you never at any point actually get informed of a delivery date once you place an order online. Furthermore there is no info on delivery times on the website. We had to call to ask about a possible delivery date, they informed us that "the vinyl will be delivered to us tomorrow so it will be with you in 2 or 3 says" a specific time/date would have been good as with a larger item it's nice to be able to be home. Otherwise a fairly good experience.
