Sadly I took the afternoon off work to have my stairs and hallway carpet fitted but at two thirty no one had shown called the Folkestone office and they promised it would be definitely done that afternoon at 1650 they called and said one had gone home sick but I had also been doubled booked so I wasn't getting my carpet, they don't work weekends even though I had Monday off they were busy so they advised they would cancel someone's booking and fit me in on Tuesday, so had to take half a days leave again , however the two men who finished it were amazing did a great job and I'm pleased with carpet just not the service

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Provided good value for Money. The only slight negative was the survey estimate did not highlight that I should remove the quadrant round the skirting, this led to some additional making good. However the carpet looks great.
