Very friendly and professional service. Nothing seemed to much trouble. Survey completed at the time we agreed (I am a stickler for time keeping) and when the floor was fitted again on time. Highly recommended and YES we have used them again ourselves and will again in the future.

We were really looking forward to a new carpet to replace our old one. There was what looked like a water stain on the underlay. Carpet looks as if it is ridged. Had the fitters recalled, they said the floor was uneven. Although the floor is not perfect I don't believe this is the reason for ridges to run the length of the carpet as our previous carpet laid flat. Very disappointed
