Found remland website on google.i ordered a sample of flotex tile wich arrived with a letter of stockists in my area . I chose to order direct from remland as they were of the best value .The website is easy to navigate and customer friendly there is also a contact number should you need to speak to someone in person .My tiles arrived 2 days later and are perfect for my requirments i would nt hesitate in recommending remland carpets to friends thankyou.

Remland were very helpful. I called on the weekend to ask about delivery for a tight deadline. Not only were they available and very helpful but the delivery did indeed arrive swiftly. I haven't seen the finished product yet but it looked good in the packaging!

Easy to order online. Fast delivery. This was the only place to buy felt backed lino in 2 m width. It was also a really good price. Came well packaged, and colour was true to online picture. Very happy, will definitely be using them again and would recommend to everyone.

Very friendly and helpful! I accidentally measured room a bit too short and they ordered a new carpet for me in the right size with no extra cost. Fitters helped move heavy items and were very friendly! Would definitely use again

floor cover vinyl was damaged on delivery but only the size of a large garden pea and about a foot + away from the edge . The other disappointment was that a phone call to give a actual day of delivery did not happen, it was by chance we were in.

Got exactly what I ordered at a competitive price. Reassuring email contact and invoice. Flotex dispatched directly from manufacturer and arrived before notification with no notice taken of instructions for if not at home (not Remland's fault). Had to wait then for other item to arrive from Remland before able to fit. Minor points though and overall a positive experience.

Really happy with service received. I was kept up to date by email with order progress and received within the 1-3 days. It would maybe improve customer service if an actual delivery date could be provided, it was lucky I was when it arrived.

Not very happy to have received this as at the moment I am in communication with Gareth Todd regarding my incomplete order Only received the double sided tape The couriers appear to have lost the parcel with the vinyl so as your customer i am not happy as i would assume that you as a customer of the courier company are not happy also. It seems that now i will have to re schedule the work in my bathroom and you know how difficult that can be with trades people
