only suggestion I could make is maybe a text msg to advise the delivery day or a time slot. Other Companies sometimes do this.

Ordered and paid for a quantity of flotex carpet, very competitive price the only slight worry was the way I paid with PayPal in that the web link was broken and I had to email Remland to get a receipt and acknowledgement of my order. Once my order was accepted it only took few days for it to be delivered. Very good service and was e mailed regularly keeping me up to date.

The Process was easy all the way through, so there is nothing to amend in any way i can think off.

Very good service. It was easy to place an order and this was dealt with very promptly. One of the cardboard cases containing some of the tiles was damaged on arrival but this was not Remland's fault as they came straight from the manufacturer. The tiles themselves were not damaged

The whole process from order to delivery was excellent. If I was to make a comment regarding improvement it is just that the order arrived before we knew it was on its way. The email arrived after delivery. This may have been due to the delivery firm but was no big deal.
