First time ordered carpets on line, sample received next day, placed order day after on a Saturday, received my order Tuesday at got my fitter to do it on Wednesday. Done and Dusted 10 out 10

My order was placed online via a very user-friendly website which instantly calculated the price I would pay. I had no need to contact Remland Carpets subsequent to them confirming my order because everything proceeded without a hitch. I am extremely happy with my experience of shopping with this company and would recommend them unreservedly.

I only wanted a couple of metres of Coir Matting and Remland Carpets was the cheapest I would find. I was able to order on my smart phone and it was delivered free a couple of days later. Perfect.

I cannot fault the service I have had. I had a query about delivery time scale which was answered when I made a telephone call. It would be useful for this information to be shown when ordering on the internet. My goods arrived on time.
