Before ordering my vinyl online I spoke to you for advice. The gentleman was courteous and helpful and said that if I was fitting it myself I would be better off using spray adhesive rather than the stuff that comes in a tub. He couldn't really say why though. However, when I looked at the spray product, the description said that it was not suitable for use with vinyl, so a bit more product knowledge needed perhaps. Nevertheless, the website was very easy to use, the product arrived in the timescale promised and on the whole it was a perfectly satisfactory and stress-free experience. Thank you.

Having looked at the range of vinyls for our bathroom, I selected a few and requested samples. These arrived quickly from which I made a selection and completed a simple order for.The roll of flooring cover arrived within three days undamaged. The product was competitively priced compared with local suppliers and delivery was free for the amount I ordered. I cut and laid the vinyl floor covering and am very pleased with the results. Remland are first rate web sellers.

I placed my order on 16 February. On 20 February, I sent Remland an e mail asking for an update on progress. They re-sent me an "update on my order" and the invoice. Goods did not arrive until 24 February. For a simple order, this was too long and looks as though the original order was not properly activated.

Easy to order, fast turn around, delighted with product at a good price.
