Just a little disappointed to find that the coloured stripes on the doormat are very superficial and not dyed coir. I fear they will soon wear off.

Not show lines on your internet sight when the are finished. I must commend the attitude of the staff and their willingness to help me organise a replacement. I would recommend this company to others.

Pleased with efficiency of ordering & service but did not realise the delivery time would be a possible 3 day window - this is not at all practical! Packaging of vinyl was also poor - it was rolled right side out and wrapped in flimsy plastic which was torn in numerous places so surface of vinyl could easily have been damaged. Although I'm pleased with the price & everything worked out OK this time I would be inclined to look elsewhere for future purchases.

My order was delivered on the date stated which was great. But on the order confirmation a "on or around" delivery date bit of a concern. Do I wait at home 1 or 2 days either side of the delivery date. Would be better to quote a day even if it's a couple of days after you know it will be dropped off. Customer thinks you have pulled the stops out to get it to them faster.
