Fast and efficient service with an easy to use website

Accurate description at a good and fast delivery

Vinyl arrived in good time in good order and was as described on the site. The easy to use sizing and pricing gizmo on the site made it simple to work out the cost. I will certainly be using Remland Carpets again.

Not show lines on your internet sight when the are finished. I must commend the attitude of the staff and their willingness to help me organise a replacement. I would recommend this company to others.

Pleased with efficiency of ordering & service but did not realise the delivery time would be a possible 3 day window - this is not at all practical! Packaging of vinyl was also poor - it was rolled right side out and wrapped in flimsy plastic which was torn in numerous places so surface of vinyl could easily have been damaged. Although I'm pleased with the price & everything worked out OK this time I would be inclined to look elsewhere for future purchases.

My order was delivered on the date stated which was great. But on the order confirmation a "on or around" delivery date bit of a concern. Do I wait at home 1 or 2 days either side of the delivery date. Would be better to quote a day even if it's a couple of days after you know it will be dropped off. Customer thinks you have pulled the stops out to get it to them faster.

1. Ordering process great 2. Information great 3.Carpet looks great. 4. Let down by delivery. - Delivered to a neighbour half way down the road on the correct day. The neighbour was told we would be left a note.However no note was left. Also we requested that it be left in the porch so were not expecting to be left with a neighbour. We were about to email for an update when neighbour knocked on door. Hence 4 stars.

Items supplied as described. Packaged well. Surprised to get notification of being supplied from a 3rd party and delivery slightly longer than expected given the carriage costs, but no real issues there as I wasn't in a hurry. Glue had been dropped, but was intact. It would be useful to have expected delivery times published before ordering. Very happy overall.

The web site is easy to use and the ordering and payment procedure simple. This was a great relief to me, being a nervous novice at internet ordering. Delivery was quick and spot on the date suggested. I would certainly recommend you to others. I am impressed. Thank you.

what a simple and straightforward way to save money. exact same flooringas seen at retail outlets, at much lower prices, and without the rip off delivery charges. more than impressed, and will certainly be using this site again, and have already recommended to other family mambers.

Very prompt delivery. We found the same flooring locally but it was £7/sq mtr more expensive and they would have to order it and we would have to go and collect it!

It was easy to find the lino I needed on the web-site and confirm the order with the company. The price was extremely competitive with the others. The delivery took quite a long time, but I was well informed about this, and they stuck to the date that they had first given. This is better than getting an early date and then being informed of the delay.
