Delivered very quickly as ordered

Very easy to order and quick delivery. The only improvement would be to supply details of the company that will be delivering the carpet and the time frame in the dispatch email sent to customers.

Excellent service, goods arrived quickly and were a good price. I particularly liked the fact that I was able to buy a small amount of vinyl flooring for a porch - many companies have a minimum amount they will supply. Overall very pleased and would recommend.

From my experience there was really nothing to improve. Perhaps an email to let me know the request for a sample had been received and that the sample was on it's way would have been noce? Completely satisfied with the ordering procedure, web site was easy to navigate. Exceptionally good customer support and comms after the order had been placed, both from Remland and its carrier City Link. Definitely would recommend, I even recommended Remland to the fitter who laid the vinyl for me.

My initial delight at the service and value for money was tempered when a) money was deducted immediately from my account and b) no attempt was made at communicating with me to keep me informed of the very long time before delivery direct from the manufacturers. The only email that was sent was to inform me of the expected date of delivery - I had to keep chasing Remlands for news of progress.

There was something of a delay between placing the order and then hearing anything about its progression; otherwise, excellent (e.g. instructions for leaving the delivery unattended were followed to the letter - thank you).
