An Absolutely brilliant service from ordering,to delivery would definitely recommend these guys.

We recently placed two separate orders for vinyl floor covering and have been very pleased with the product and ordering service. Our first order was handled most efficiently with excellent links to the courier`s delivery tracking site, to the point of ETA within a 2 hour slot. We were not so fortunate with our second order, with only the e-mail from Remland stating a 1 to 3 day delivery and no link to Xdp`s tracking service. We were out on the evening of delivery and had to ring the local depot to locate the goods. Otherwise very satisfied with the experience

i would strongly advise when sending out heavy rolls of vinyl they could be better wrapped as surface can easy get damaged when they slide them in and out of the delivery vans

No problems with the ordering, but not impressed by the delivery company. I didn't have a definite delivery day, so happened to be out when they tried to deliver. From the answerphone message somebody left me, you'd think I had done something outrageous and that this situation had never happened before! When delivery was finally made, package was apparently dumped at the end of our drive without much consideration. Pity that the courier has really soured the experience, when the ordering process was so good.

Completely hassle free procedure and it was quick too.Cannot see how our experience could be improved.

This is my second order through Remland and I'm very happy. The prices are much cheaper for the same carpet in my local carpet shop and it is delivered on time.

Remand called me after I placed my order to point out that I had ordered the wrong size(the stripes on my vinyl would have gone width wise rather than length wise)Iwould have been v disappointed otherwise. I did not check my e mail so did not realise vinyl was being delivered.... Fortunately my workman was at my home.
