My order of Cosi 10 was out of stock but I was given reliable information and contacted throughout with the status of my order. It still arrived in very good time for my fitting date.

I telephoned before ordering on line and had a perfect helpful response. I had some hiccup with the web site saying that it was not safe but went ahead anyway with no difficulty. The delivery was exactly as predicted and I was kept informed by e mail. The goods were just as I wanted. All in all, PERFECT!

Next day delivery, product exactly as ordered, well packed, top value, no complaints here!!

What I like is that there was a small hiccup and it got sorted within 24 hours. To me this response is priceless. Things go wrong occasionally with any supplier and I will always go back to someone who makes it painless to fix.

Let me explain the 2 stars: Your website was superb; easy to use, quick and self explanatory. My issue comes with the delivery and the condition of the product: On the website I specifically asked for my order to be left in our woodshed away from our dogs, I then left these same instructions on our gate. I came back to find the vinyl left in the back yard where my dogs had chewed the end (luckily enough length still left). On unrolling it, our fitter then found a 50p size cut hole on the vinyl near the centre cardboard (so not from the dogs), fortunately he was able to rearrange the lay to accommodate this hole. I phoned to inform you of the delivery problem where I was told "well that's what you get with white van man!" What a shame - your website is fantastic, the range of products excellent, to be let down by the quality control of whoever cut the piece and by your delivery.

Delivery driver was not very helpful and moaned that he had to transport the flooring to the property on his own. If it is too heavy then there should have been more than one person delivering. The online process of ordering and the timescale of delivery can not be faulted.

Everything went like clockwoork

Prompt delivery however slight leakage of fluid due to nozzle being open and slightly loose. Not a significant amount lost (teasoon worth)

Very satisfied wsith not only the service we received, but also the quality of the product. Ordered on one day and delivered the next. We couldnt ask for better and, if anything, Redmland Carpets exceeded our expectations.

I only ordered 4m2 of vinyl flooring off the internet ( a small consignment to some) but the delivery was prompt and the delivery man was courteous too. My emails were answered quickly and politely and in all a good experience. There aren't many companies that I would recommend and I would use again. Thank you.

It was very easy to find the product I was looking for and place the order, unfortunately the discount code did not work. The goods arrived promptly, the edge was damaged but as it was wider than advertised this was not a problem.

Remland were prompt with the order and handled the complications of my holiday arrangements well; the courier company could have saved themselves an extra journey and me some uncertainty if they had phoned with a more precise timing than 'in the next two to three days'. Like the improved info on the website- I have passed on details to the carpet fitter.
