I ordered a piece of cushion floor from Remland Carpets. I had chosen what I wanted from my local carpet floor covering store. So I checked on line to see if I could get the same cheaper. I came across Remland Carpets. The price was a lot cheaper and it was free delivery. The delivery service was excellent and I had it within a few days of ordering.

I would have problem recommending REDLAND CARPETS and will use them again at a later date ,the only downside was XDP EXPRESS who do not appear to know whether they are on there ass or there elbow but did make the finish line in the end.

Great price and service my only problem was with the tracking service which said my delivery was at the depot even though it had been delivered. I expected it to say when it was on the delivery van, I checked in the morning then went out. It was being delivered on my arrival home, very poor system and of no use.I have emailed you about this and had no response which is the right way to irritate a customer further.

I was very happy with the customer support especially as I needed to change the order after I had placed it and the customer service I received was wonderful. My only comment is that there was only I layer of covering that had been ripped in several places when the order arrived - despite the fragile notice that had been put on. As the vinyl will not be fitted until sometime in December I am not able to let Remland know the state of the vinyl until then. I have emailed Remland to alert them of this.
