Good speedy service and delivery. Excellent

I have nothing but praise for Remland Carpets. From the ordering of free vinyl samples to the actual buying of my Fantastic Vinyl flooring, the whole process ran very smoothly . It was easy to contact their customer service for some advice and actually speak to a person who knows what they are talking about! I did compare their prices and they were unbeatable! Even better they have a Free delivery and I even had a £10 voucher off which came with the samples. I would highly recommend them.

When I placed the order no indication of delivery date was given. "As soon as possible" is not acceptable these days. In fact the carpet was delivered in 2-3 working days, which was OK. Please review your systems to give an estimated delivery time.

Completely happy with the service and would thoroughly recommend Remland Carpets. There was a small problem with the initial delivery, but a phone call plus request to email photo was followed immediately with an apology from Customer Support and a replacement was send right away with no quibbles. If it hadn't been for the Bank Holiday, the replacement would have arrived in less than two days

The tape that I ordered was missing from the consignment. One quick telephone call to them and the error was rectified speedily and in a friendly manner. A sign of a good company is not lack of mistakes, but the way that mistakes are put right...top marks for that.

Absolutely brilliant service. I phoned first to see if item in stock. It had to be ordered. I was kept informed, via email, at all times about delivery. Item was delivered within a couple of days of placing order. Packed beautifully. Extremely satisfied with product. Will use again and will highly recommend.

I ordered vinyl flooring, which was very good value, and free delivery. A lot cheaper than Carpetright, who wanted to charge £29 for delivery, which is outrageous!! for exactly the same product. keep up the good work.

Excellent service. I phoned to ask about delivery times and was told 4 to 5 days, but in the end they arrived within 24 hours.

Can't think of anything that needs improvement! Ordered on Monday and delivered on Wednesday morning. Price for same item between £12 and a whopping £34 a mtr cheaper than well known high street retailers. Brilliant and so glad I found them on-line.
