We were very pleased with your service. Ordering (by phone) was quick and straightforward and we were given clear information as to when to expect delivery, expected to be on the Tuesday. In fact, delivery beat expectations, with the Flotex flooring arriving on the Monday!

The design of vinyl flooring I set my heart on was actually discontinued, but remarkably staff at Remland Carpets were able to locate a piece from a supplier in Birmingham. I understand this was then delivered to their main supplier in High Wycombe and then to Folkestone. As soon as it was in their possession they immediately e-mailed me and dispatched it to my home in West Wales where it was delivered to me the next day. This is exceptional service and a level of customer care second to non. I cannot thank them enough!

I have no complaints with regard to the ordering procedure, the only thing I found difficult was seeing the colour of the vinyl properly, (I thought the one I ordered would be slightly lighter), but otherwise good service, fast delivery and would not hesitate to recommend.

Everything was to our satisfaction and have no complaints to make about any part of this transaction.

Good options for online communication, service is as you would expect and the staff not only answer the phone but are helpful to boot!

I would happily recommend and use you again. There was a problem with an item missing from the order, the guy from customer services was very helpful and to his credit resolved the problem very quickly . Very happy with the service and price and would/will use again.

my carpet arrived promptly. The courier rang me prior to delivery as requested as I have no where to leave it if I'm out. I haven't fitted it yet but I would definitely use Remland again.
