Ordered on a Tuesday afternoon, delivered 3 days later on the Friday within the time slot given. The vinyl was well packaged and perfect condition. Fitted now and looks great

on line ordering system was easy. Goods delivered as per information given with tracking number. Unable to check goods as delivery driver was running late and it would have been inconvenient to examine goods and packaging was slightly damaged so I am hoping when vinyl is opened and ready to lay (in 3 weeks) all will be brilliant!

I have nothing but praise for Remland Carpets. From the ordering of free vinyl samples to the actual buying of my Fantastic Vinyl flooring, the whole process ran very smoothly . It was easy to contact their customer service for some advice and actually speak to a person who knows what they are talking about! I did compare their prices and they were unbeatable! Even better they have a Free delivery and I even had a £10 voucher off which came with the samples. I would highly recommend them.

When I placed the order no indication of delivery date was given. "As soon as possible" is not acceptable these days. In fact the carpet was delivered in 2-3 working days, which was OK. Please review your systems to give an estimated delivery time.

We found Remland to be efficient and helpful when we made our initial enquiry regarding our Flotex purchase. Delivery was as predicted and the goods arrived in perfect condition. Will use this company again.

Completely happy with the service and would thoroughly recommend Remland Carpets. There was a small problem with the initial delivery, but a phone call plus request to email photo was followed immediately with an apology from Customer Support and a replacement was send right away with no quibbles. If it hadn't been for the Bank Holiday, the replacement would have arrived in less than two days
