First rate service. Would like to have been informed of the delivery day the previous day, but in the event, no a problem.

I had to chase my order as once I had placed it on line, I was informed I would receive a confirmation e-mail but didn't. The man on the phone in the store informed me the order was due to leave later that day but was the wrong colour way. He was very helpful and amended my order. I received it very quickly. I would recommend this company again.

Vinyl tiles as described but only part delivered at first however error dealt with promptly and apologetically -we all make mistakes- but the important thing is to correct appropriately. Would use this company again and recommend.

We were promised delivery of our carpet by Friday 19th July 2013. In the event it arrived early on Thursday 18th. Brilliant service courteous and professional staff and we saved £30 on the price a competitor charged but who could not honour the order so had to refund us.

I was very pleased with the service & quickness of the delivery. However when opening the pack the top 2 planks were damaged on the edges. Maybe this happened in transit, so more packaging around the sides might help.

User friendly website, able to view everything easily, and when I ordered my flooring it was despatched and arrived within two days - very impressive service on free delivery. Flooring also cut with a little extra width on it so able to cut it to my satisfaction and have off cuts too.

I ordered from Remland via the internet on Sunday 14th. Durine the evening I regretted my choice of design so phoned early next day. No problem was Trevor Baileys reply. The order was amended and delivered the following afternoon. This is my second order from Remland and my third Flotex carpet. The first wore out after many years service and the second we had to leave when we moved a year ago. I have already recommended Remland to friends and will continue to do so. Incidentally the change to another design was definitely the right thing to do.
