Excellent customer service, efficient and fast delivery - value for money - however, delivery drivers are perhaps not as careful as they could be when dealing with parcels so good packaging is necessary.

I found the ordering process simple,although I made a mistake in the amount of vinyl I had ordered.However an e mail to the company prompted a very quick response and the mistake was rectified over the phone. The floorcovering arrived as was promised,and I am well pleased.

The website was good which enabled us to make a choice of style and colour which matched the item when it arrived. Good customer support over the phone before we made our purchase. Delivery was as planned. We would certainly recommend the company to others.

The delivery company information was confusing and when I submitted the order I askedthat goods be delivered next door if we were out. It was delivered ext door even though we were in. The form did not make this clear.It should say If you are not available where would you like it deliovered. On the other hand the speed of deliverey and quality were excellent
