Order acknowledgement and ETA were a little hazy, but more than adequately compensated for by telephone access to the sales desk who were very helpful and accommodating (allowing the change of a delivery address to suit my movements) All in all, good service - Thank you ***

Can't think of anything that needs improvement! Ordered on Monday and delivered on Wednesday morning. Price for same item between £12 and a whopping £34 a mtr cheaper than well known high street retailers. Brilliant and so glad I found them on-line.

Received goods as advised,well packaged and left as instructed (though no note posted through door to advise of delivery). Not yet opened package to inspect, will contact if any problem, otherwise so far happy with service.

Excellent service - we ordered a roll-end from the clearance - good price and free delivery - it arrived the very next day.

Generally good but remoteness from actual source of supply means delivery estimates not as accurate as they might be. They only end up guessing to within a day, and in our case they came a day early anyway so no opportunity to ensure someone there to receive.

the rhinofloor arrived two days after it was dispatched but I am still waiting for the tape and trims for the doors courier turned up with paperwork but no package if not recieved by 12/08/ will inform supplier.

Easy to order and competitive in price. Contacted company to check on delivery and they got straight back to me. My one small complaint would be that I would have liked a particular delivery day but as it was someone was home when my vinyl came.

I had to chase my order as once I had placed it on line, I was informed I would receive a confirmation e-mail but didn't. The man on the phone in the store informed me the order was due to leave later that day but was the wrong colour way. He was very helpful and amended my order. I received it very quickly. I would recommend this company again.
