Lovely flooring, arrived quick with free delivery

I was satisfied the whole process.

Very good service, quick response to my email, good price and free delivery I would definately recommend! The only reason it wasnt 5 stars is because you couldnt be more specificon delivery date/times

I found the product I needed from google search and your website was quick and easy to use. Also like the fact the order can be tracked. Finally found someone who can supply decent oak thresholds!

All aspects of the order were well dealt with most efficiently. The service you provided was excellent.

The delivery was prompt and an email advising me of the time of the dispatch was really helpful. Compared to prices from other retailers, was really welll priced. Now it has been laid, the vinyl looks great and really finishes off the bathroom.

courier service was not particulary good and i incurred a delay before receiving my order. I ordered on the thursday but did not receive until the following wednesday. The advertstated it would normally be 2 days

My customer experience was very good, I am what I would class as an experienced internet shopper, so found it easy to understand your website and how to order etc, also found the images easy to view and found the layout of your site quick and easy to use, so from my experience with Redland carpets I have to give 10/10 . With regards to delivery communication was excellent and delivery exceptional with a phone call to confirm our address as we located in a spot which is not listed on all Sat Navs but polite, courteous, and friendly what more could you ask for, it all makes for a pleasent internet shopping experience and would definately use and recommend again, many thanks .

Ordered online. After I said I needed it sooner then they were going to deliver it (was going to be delivered after the 2 working days promised) it was fine.

An excellent website allowed us to select the colour of Flotex carpet we required. Delievry was within 3 days as stated on the delivery note.

Perhaps more samples of the Flotex range - larger sample pieces.

What a great company to work with, the delivery was prompt but damaged by the carrier. No problem they would replace them but the supplier had along wait time. I cancelled the order, they arranged collection and paid back in full within a couple of days. Will definitely deal with Remland again. Thank you.

No improvements necessary as the telephone support was excellent as was the delivery service.

Only complaint is that the vinyl was only wrapped in one layer of thin polythene which had been repeatedly snagged , just lucky the vinyl was OK . If this issue is sorted the following applies . Thanks .

Everything great good quality and fast delivery

Prompt service & fast delivery, useful that the driver had my mobile number as I was out when he delivered & I could tell him where to leave it. Floor covering looks good quality although I haven't laid it yet so is still on the roll. Need some laminate flooring soon so will be ordering from you again.

First class service on both occasions I have bought Flotex from Remland /Delivery was three days earlier than expected and my telephone queries were ansewered with courtesy and efficiency

The service was very good however, it may help improve if the cutomers could recieveto receive notification of the goods being delivered at least 24 hours in advance

Delivered faster than estimated delivery date. Good value for money purchase and free delivery.

Although the order took slightly longer than expected to arrive, when I 'phoned to enquire about the delivery the service was great. very friendly & helpful. Only criticism being that one of the lengths of vinyl was a little shorter than ordered (4.8 not 5m)
