Found what I wanted in minutes on the website &I the free delivery meant it was the cheapest place around. Delivery was very fast too.

I asked if i could pay extras for fast delivery and told 'no', delivery is 2 working days'. It took 4 putting my project back another 2 days. I accept you cant do express delivery, but object to it taking twice as long. Probably as long as theyre not bothered about waiting nearly a week for delivery

I was very happy with the service I received both by telephone and online ordering. The communication was excellent and the order delivered quickly and on time. The only improvement that could be considered is the offer of a nationwide fitting service. An inexpensive way would be to quote a list of recommended local fitters.

We found Remland Carpets to be a friendly and very customer orientated company, and provided us with excellent service and prompt response when our order was late in delivery, due to no fault of theirs as delivered direct from manufacturer. They contacted manufacturer who advised driver delayed in traffic on original day of delivery and would be with us that day.

First Class Service

I ordered some bathroon flooring on line, it came a couple of days ealier, a local fittre charged me £30 to lay it and its perfect all in all 1/2 the price it would of been from any of the national carpet sheds. I know as checked them all. Great service would recommend 100%

We have used this company before and again the service was excellent. We ordered some flooring on the Monday over the internet and it arrived, delivery free, on the Wednesday. We would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Excellent range, easy ordering, good customer service (answering query), quick delivery. What more can I say! The only, minor, negative comment would be that not all the products on the web site had the size of the pattern - i.e. what size "square" are we looking at on the picture - 100mm, or 300mm, 500mm, or ????
