Price, quality and service all excellent, thank you

I ordered from Remland via the internet on Sunday 14th. Durine the evening I regretted my choice of design so phoned early next day. No problem was Trevor Baileys reply. The order was amended and delivered the following afternoon. This is my second order from Remland and my third Flotex carpet. The first wore out after many years service and the second we had to leave when we moved a year ago. I have already recommended Remland to friends and will continue to do so. Incidentally the change to another design was definitely the right thing to do.

Ordering online is easy as the calculator can work out the costs for you. Emails I found were answered swiftly as was the order process. There was only one man on the delivery van, so if my partner had not been home the delivery driver would have struggled to get the roll of vinyl I had ordered off the van.

Very happy with service. I had details getting the " PayPal payment through, but I spoke to one of your employees on the telephone who assured me that the payment had been received ( computer glitch ) and went through the order over the phone. Good and prompt service

Excellent customer service, efficient and fast delivery - value for money - however, delivery drivers are perhaps not as careful as they could be when dealing with parcels so good packaging is necessary.

I found the ordering process simple,although I made a mistake in the amount of vinyl I had ordered.However an e mail to the company prompted a very quick response and the mistake was rectified over the phone. The floorcovering arrived as was promised,and I am well pleased.
