I'd definitely recommend to others. Easy order process, quick turnaround. Friendly service when I called and prompt delivery. The only very very minor criticism is that I expected to get email confirmation with delivery as soon as I had placed the order. I hadn't heard within 24 hours, so called for details. I got the email when you had received the goods at the warehouse - so all ok, but I got the impression that I would get the original email almost immediately. Maybe worth reviewing the expectations you set around those comms.

The experince overall with rembrand was very good. contact over the phone to confirm a few things was excellent. goods did not arrive on time ithink thiswas because of being out of stock but were quickly saught however when goods arrived the protective covering was damaged and the goods exposed but with no apparent damage perhaps a stronger covering is needed at the roll ends for protection. Yes I would definetly recommened the company.

Extremely minor comment. I ordered and received two 3 x 3 metre rolls of vinyl these were rolled together and to keep them secure four strips of some sort of "sellotape" had been stuck on the face of the vinyl. When I pulled off the tape it left a sticky residue behind which I found difficult to remove. Other than that no complaints at all about your service and product. Thank You Paul

The only slight resevation I have is the time lag between receiving the order by yourselves and then receipt by me of the confirmation that my order was on its way. If there was an indication of delivery times when the order was placed, that would be good.

Excellent service, quality of product and delivery. The only small criticism is that when phoning to ask a question, although helpful and efficient the gentleman was a little abrupt. If his phone manner was improved a little then the shopping experience would be perfect.

Easy website to use - no compications. The order arrived much sooner than I had expected and was therefore left with neighbours as I requested. I would have stayed home if I had known it was coming so soon. An e-mail or a phone call would have saved the inconveniencie to the neighbours as I had only popped put for an hour! The carpet was just as I hoped it would be re colour, size and quality. Thank you.

Very rapid delivery. Heavy carpetting rolls need extra protection at their ends to survive the carrier.

The service was excellent. a hand written invoice was sent out the next day and delivery was early which suited me as I was going to be out on the actual delivery day. We have not yet laid the carpet but everything seems to be in order. Thank you.

Excellent pricing on Flotex carpet. Excellent speed of delivery. The only reason I have not awarded a 5-star rating is that the communication of information on the status of my order was poor. All of the communications I received told me about events that had already occurred (e.g. your carpet will be delivered by such and such date, after I had already received the delivery).
