I was very satisfied with order procedure and speed of delivery given the order was placed between Christmas and New Year, and the quality and accuracy of the product.

Helpful company, swift response to email enquiries. Product delivered as promised. Unable to rate the product yet as waiting for warmer weather before fitting, so stored unopened in garage.

The delivery driver thought I was out and it would seem he was going to ignore my instructions to leave it in the green house as he had already placed it by the front porch. The thin polythene wrapping had been torn in places and I was concerned the exposed flooring had been damaged. The roll of vinyl needs better protection because the carriers don't give much care in the way they handle goods. Had the goods been damaged then it would have meant a lot of wasted time and effort on both our parts.

Ordering was very easy on the website, and the vinyl flooring arrived quickly. The only issue was the outside of the roll suffered some damage in transit - luckily I had ordered enough spare to be able to discard the damaged section.

I was satisfied with the way my order was dealt with, especially as it was the first time I've dealt with Remland (recommended by my carpet fitter), as some of my order wasn't available for reasons beyond your control and I was advised very timeosly about this. Perhaps you could put a proceedure in place where on might be able to check availability prior to ordering and making payment? Otherwise I am well satisfied with that company and I would recommend to others.

brilliant service and price and happy to recommend to others.Just one thing needs looking at-the acknowledgement email should be sent within 48 hours of order being placed.I was a little nervous and was going to make contact again but was preempted by the eventual arrival of your email .

Although the first delivery arrived damaged it was corrected and replacement delivered the following day

I am very happy with all aspects of the service I received from your company with regard to my recent purchase. The online purchasing procedure was very easy, even for someone like me who is not the best shopper via the internet. The photograph example of the product on your web site I chose was very good and looked exactly the same as the product I received. Once I had ordered, I was updated with dispatch information etc which was good and the product was delivered within 2 days which I was very happy with, especially as this was during the run up to Christmas. All in all I would definitely recommend Remland Carpets to other purchasers and will return for my next purchase in the future...

No problems with Remland carpets but not happy with courier, when he delivered to our stores he walked in and slammed the goods onto the counter
