Every aspect of ordering and receiving our order from Remland Carpets was excellent , the only thing I feel would improve there service would be to receive an immediate update after placing the order to give an estimated day of delivery.(a later update was given).

We were totally satisfied with our dealings with Remland. We had cause to phone before placing the order on line and the gentleman we spoke to was very helpful. It was easy to navigate the web site to place the order and we were kept updated on the progress of the order. The delivery date we were given was very quick but the carpet, in fact, arrived a day earlier than we were expecting! We would not hesitate to use Remland again in the future nor would we hesitate to recommend them.
