Response and delivery excellent haven't yet opened the produce as not being fit for 3 weeks so will comment at a later date

The carpet took a little longer to arrive after ordering but once notified it came very quickly, although a day earlier than quoted, but luckily my neighbour took it in for me.

Excellent service from start to finish, wouldn't hesitate to use Remland again and would certainly recommend them.

Ordered on a Tuesday afternoon, delivered 3 days later on the Friday within the time slot given. The vinyl was well packaged and perfect condition. Fitted now and looks great

on line ordering system was easy. Goods delivered as per information given with tracking number. Unable to check goods as delivery driver was running late and it would have been inconvenient to examine goods and packaging was slightly damaged so I am hoping when vinyl is opened and ready to lay (in 3 weeks) all will be brilliant!

I have nothing but praise for Remland Carpets. From the ordering of free vinyl samples to the actual buying of my Fantastic Vinyl flooring, the whole process ran very smoothly . It was easy to contact their customer service for some advice and actually speak to a person who knows what they are talking about! I did compare their prices and they were unbeatable! Even better they have a Free delivery and I even had a £10 voucher off which came with the samples. I would highly recommend them.

When I placed the order no indication of delivery date was given. "As soon as possible" is not acceptable these days. In fact the carpet was delivered in 2-3 working days, which was OK. Please review your systems to give an estimated delivery time.
