Very pleased with both the ordering and the delivery which came the day before the expected delivery date. Would recommend to others.

I telephoned to see if the flooring I required was in stock for the quantity I required & was rung back within 5 minutes with the answer so I then ordered it online for £60 cheaper than I could by it locally.It was delivered ontime @ 8:00pm on evening by a very cheerful white van man.I am very happy with the excellent service provided & would recommend Remland Carpets.

all fine except that it would be useful to have an indication of approximate delivery time when ordering.

Great choice of flooring, a lot cheaper than the high street and excellent quality. Ordering was fast and easy. I had to email to enquire after a delivery date, but this was replied to promptly and the flooring arrived on time and in good condition. Would definitely use again.

asked for goods to be left on premises-asked a neighbour to take it in. would have preferred that it was left as I asked.

It would be useful to enclose tips etc for laying tiles in with the tiles

After choosing the flooring I wanted to order by phone as delivery an issue as we are not living at the house yet. I was advised this would be no problem and was asked to order on line as the shop was busy. I needed to call a couple of days later to check the progress of the order and was reassured it was being dealt with. I then received an email to confirm the flooring had been despatched although no exact delivery date was quoted. An easy way to order and happy with the product.

very impressed. ordered rug (which i am very happy with) on thursday, delivered first thing monday morning. remland e mailed me with all details and i was texted beforehand by delivery firm giving me options to change date of delivery for my convenience.

Good experience but a bit disapointed when requesting a reel of carpet tape I found a delivery charge had been added to the main order which was a free delivery. The result was that I removed the request for the reel of tape and the free delivery was reinststed. Otherwise a good service

Ordered Vinyl on line on a Friday,more competitive price than my local shops and inclusive delivery as well.Order confirmed and dispatched on the Tuesday,arrived at 6.30 pm on Thursday,and I fitted it on Friday.One week start to finish excellent service.An improvement would be to give ability to TRACK delivery on line,to avoid needlessly staying at home,but Five stars for wide assortment and Web site.
