Very rapid delivery. Heavy carpetting rolls need extra protection at their ends to survive the carrier.

The service was excellent. a hand written invoice was sent out the next day and delivery was early which suited me as I was going to be out on the actual delivery day. We have not yet laid the carpet but everything seems to be in order. Thank you.

Excellent pricing on Flotex carpet. Excellent speed of delivery. The only reason I have not awarded a 5-star rating is that the communication of information on the status of my order was poor. All of the communications I received told me about events that had already occurred (e.g. your carpet will be delivered by such and such date, after I had already received the delivery).
