Whilst the order is electronicly received, a hand written order noting payment does take a long time in comming. In the case of my last order the Flotex tiles arrived the same day as the written order arrived it the post. The delay leaves you in a state of uncertainty. Everything else was fine.

Ours was a very small order, but it could not have been deal with more efficiently if it had been larger. Also, where else could I buy just a few carpet tiles for my bathroom - the only room in the flat which had no carpet. Many thanks Remland carpets.

The order arrived earlier than expected but that was not a problem, and the delivery e-mails were very informative and helpful. Service was great, fast and easy to buy online, good website. But, I needed to get samples for a piece of Flotex I was trying to match and had to go an alternative supplier who then was not able to provide the small quanity (2m2) that I needed so I came back to you. It would be very helpful to be able to order samples which can then be returned to you by post.
