The price was great and i had shopped around for 2 weeks until i round Remland - i only have a small bathroom to floor and most places charge extortionate delivery cost - more than the cost of the product!! REMLAND had free delivery! Excellent service, goods arrived 4 days later and included was a £10 voucher if i needed to shop there again! Order processing is a bit odd, seem like an exstra step to verify stock, after you have paid. Delivery fast.

Everything was superb. A possible help might be giving an idea of the size of the pattern on on cushion floors etc. When it came, the pattern was much bigger than expected. In our case, this doesn't matter and the product if perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend you to other people.

Delivered within the timescale promised an courier followed instructions to leave by garage which saved having to collect from a depot or rearrange delivery.

I have not yet installed the vinyl flooring so I can only review the process of choosing, ordering and delivery. I was impressed that when I emailed a question regarding the thickness of the vinyl, not only was my question answered, the information was added to the website. My bathroom is only 1 metre wide at its widest. Your firm was the only one I could find who would sell me a 1 metre x 3 metre piece, which means there will be less waste. Given that many of your customers are novice DIYs, it might be an idea to include some basic instructions about installation.

Price and initial response good, but deducted one star because delivery time was disappointing. From reading the website I had assumed that this carpet was in stock, but it was eventually delivered from the manufacturer.

I would have liked an on line tracking service. I'm aware the carpet came direct from manufacturers and the following is not related to you, the invoice with carpet had the correct address but the delivery labels were incorrect and the carpet went to the wrong house.
