It was a good service with the Vinal arriving in the time scale promised. The only criticism is that having cut 2.3m off arole 3m wide they roled it up into a 3m role rather than 2.3m. I had to undo it and re-roll it to get it in my car!!!

The 1st piece of vinyl was damaged in transit. This was reported to Customer Services and a replacement sent out immediately with the 1st piece being gifted! 2nd piece arrived promptly and in good order. I would use Remnants again in the future without hesitation!

I have only praise for the excellent service - I ordered on Monday - it was here Wednesday and I had it all fitted by Thursday at 2pm!

I found I had to chase up my order as the promised email didn't arrive once I'd ordered online. I rang up and was told the man who dealt with orders had been away which I guess is fair enough but having paid several hundred pounds I wanted immediate reassurance that the order had been received and would be proceeded ASAP. The delivery time exceeded the 3 day quoted which made me worry a bit. Then when I chased it the man I spoke to sounded dare I say it, ever so slightly uppity. Also, the delivery instructions weren't adhered to and my order was left outside after I'd specifically asked for it to be put in the outhouse alongside my front door and left the gate open for them.

Customer support was excellent, emailed my measurements, informed very quickly the size I needed to order. Order arrived within a few days, although not down yet very pleased with my floor covering
