Carpet arrived ok with no sign of external damage, but a 3" black mark was visible on the carpet. I managed to remove it with a carpet cleaner but woul have thought it should have been spotted by provider.

Good value product and delivered quickly.

Delivery was excellent arrived after ordering in 2 days. I would certainly recommend you to my family and friends and will definetely order again when I require carpet in the future. I saved money as I could order a piece of carpet nearer the size required rather than having to buy a huge piece and have wastage.

No email response confirming acceptance of order following the placing of the order at the weekend. I had to telephone late Monday afternoon to get confirmation that my order was being processed. However, order was then raised and goods were promptly supplied by manufacturer.
