All elements of the service worked for us. The cost of the floor-covering was much cheaper than local suppliers and the goods were delivered when promised.

I was very pleased with the whole experience, friendly and helpful when I telephoned with an enquiry, Samples were sent out very quickly. Delivery was at the stated date and time slot. The carpet was very well wrapped, - Very difficult to find fault with the service, if there is a fault it's because the carpet was not for FREE - - WELL DONE and I would most certainly but from again ,and have no doubts or hesitataions in recommending you.

Very good and convienent service

Delighted with the service, carpet arrived earlier than anticipated. The range of Flotex patterns to choose from is fantastic. Ordering was easy and the price quote instant. I would definately purchase fron this company again and highly recomment it ot others.

Every aspect was excellent but their delivery providers let them down very badly. Remland told me they had already spoken to the delivery providers to let them know they were dissatisfied with their service, however, there still appear to be problems and in this instance the vinyl was even taken to the wrong delivery depot prolonging the delivery time even more and holding me up considerably. Inspite of this I would order again if I was not in a hurry for delivery.

Website good, and uncomplicated. Not sure if you press the "back" button that it goes to the previous page, as I wanted, or the more main page, in which case you have to narrow down your choice again, and so on. The pictures are very useful. When I called with an enquiry, Remland Carpets were very helpful. I have used them before, and the service was faultless.

Ordered online with no problem, however didn't get conformation that my order was accepted (called the company and was advised they had had a problem with their computer system - very pleasant and apologetic). Item took slightly longer to arrive than advertised (due to my location) - although more than happy to wait due to the fantastic prices!!

Have used this company twice. First order was well wrapped and arrived promptly, so was impressed. Second order was not wrapped at all however goods arrived in perfect condition so no problem. Will use again when similar products required.
