Very good service except due to computer problems at Folkestone I didn't get an email confirming the order. It was all sorted once I rang the store and was told a delivery time Slightly biased as we had some vinyl the day before and they made a very good job of it

Highly competitive prices and no-fuss free samples were sent in the mail (all five of them!!), together with a lovely brochure and a discount voucher! Ordering couldn't have been easier and arrived very quickly. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone. :o)

Excellent customer service.

Courier did not deliver within the 1-2 day slot. When I phoned Remland to enquire, they advised me that they would speak to the courier and that they were responsible. In my eyes Remland is responsible as they are choosing to use an unreliable courier. Hopefully this is just a one off incident - I would use the company again, as dealing with them directly was a pleasure.

Service excellent. Product delivery was extremely prompt with secure packaging.

Website and order procedure great, but there was no indication given on the confirmation when the free delivery would be made. I called a few days later to be told the ordered vinyl wasn't even in Folkestone and that it couldn't be delivered when it arrived (the next day). I ended up travelling to Folkestone and picking it up myself - which was very disappointing as the free delivery was an incentive to order.
