We were looking for a tough carpet to go into the room I use at home as an office. We wanted a carpet that would be easy to look after and was reasonably priced. We found just what we needed at Remland carpets with such a large choice of colours. We placed the order through the Internet on the Sunday and the carpet arrived on the Wednesday. The service was excellent. The information about the Flotex carpet was all provided on the site and it was easy to get what I wanted with the minimum likely watsage. the carpet and cleaner arrived as scheduled.

Slightly quicker delivery method could prove an advantage over competitors. I was told it was a few days delivery from the warehouse (actually took 6). Not a problem as I did not require it until the Thursday. E-mail notification very good. Very knowledgeable staff member I spoke to. Overall very satisfied.
