I was very pleased with the service I received from Remlands carpets when choosing Flotex for my kitchen and utility room. Samples arrived promptly and were of sufficient size to give a true impression of the flooring in relation to my units and worktops. If I had questions they were answered fully and without delay. The flooring was delivered on time on the day I had expected it. My only problem was finding a fitter but now it's done I'm delighted with the result. If it gives me 20 years wear as the previous Flotex did, that is money well spent. I was pleased to be able to buy in your sale and no delivery charge either so great value.

Was unable to find the vinyl we wanted until we found this website. Very helpful to enquiries and quite quick with the delivery.

Sterling service from this company. I added a note to the Vinyl floor order saying it's urgent, and recevied the delivery within 2 working days which is pretty amazing considering the ETA was 5 working days.

After one phone call sample sent arrived next day, ordered date given for delivery then it arrived five days early, all layed two days before the first arrival date. Wonderful service??

Fantastic service really good communication

Excellent overall experience but I was disappointed with the sample we received! The 10x12 cm sample was not sufficient as only some of the colours were included in this small patch.

Ordering quite easy on the internet. delivery very slow had to chase them up. but once reminded delivery was the next day. The delivery man was courteous and helpful.

I cannot reccomend Remland Carpets enough, their price I for Marmoleum Modular meant I could afford my dream floor AND they didn't charge to deliver to my address in the remote West Highlands where we are normally charged an exorbitant excess! I am beyond delighted, thank you. Jane
