Easy ordering no hassle.

I bought a length of door mat it arrived well packaged, but the item had a slight defect, I sent a email and customer services were brilliant and sent out a replacement within 3 days, when I buy again I will definitely be using them again 5 stars !

Such an efficient company to shop with. Sent out samples super fast and then my order was delivered quickly. Excellent all round!

Excellent quality efficient service

This was my 3rd purchase from Remland Carpets. Website easy to use with lots of choice. Ordered a vinyl for our bathroom. Arrived as stated. Good service all round. Would definitely order flooring from them in the future and would certainly recommend.

Nice lino, but was delivered with a rip. Not wrapped well enough. Remland gave me a 20% discount for the damage which I am happy with as luckily I was able to use the remainder of the roll.

Looks the part

I was very pleased with the service I received from Remlands carpets when choosing Flotex for my kitchen and utility room. Samples arrived promptly and were of sufficient size to give a true impression of the flooring in relation to my units and worktops. If I had questions they were answered fully and without delay. The flooring was delivered on time on the day I had expected it. My only problem was finding a fitter but now it's done I'm delighted with the result. If it gives me 20 years wear as the previous Flotex did, that is money well spent. I was pleased to be able to buy in your sale and no delivery charge either so great value.
