Great service from starting to look on their website to delivery.

Service was very prompt. We have not yet fitted the carpet but were pleased with speed of delivery.

Nice thick high quality vinyl. Very prompt delivery. Good price as well. This was for a motorhome rather than a house so I don't need loads but looks great.

Went on the online chat and Marie was very helpful from start to finish, got my beading 2 days from placing the order which was brilliant as needed it for the weekend. Gave her my order number and she made sure this went out that same day, carriers let them down but that’s understandable at present with the driver shortage. Excellent in every aspect thank you very much

Apart from flotex mixing the order up everything was fine, the problem was sorted with out any fuss, have since reordeded more flotex carpet tiles

I would rate Remland Carpets very good and the customer service from Sophie has been exceptional. There current courier Tufnell however, much less so. On the day they tried to deliver there were temporary traffic lights at the end of our lane. Understandably, they were in able to deliver. That was a week ago and we are still waiting! Sophie emails me every day with an update and Remland are considering reclaiming my order and using a new courier. Remland great, Tufnell not so great! ??

An old and cold extension floor was insulated with 10 mm thick insulation and then covered with Flotex Metro tiles. The result is excellent because the tiles are manufactured to such precise dimensions that the floor looks seamless, just as good as a single large carpet, and much easier to lay and cut for the edging !

Really pleased with the Lino I bought from Remland. Good quality, I have just ordered some more to do another area in my house.

Excellent service from sample to delivery. Really love the Luxury Trends Marilyn vinyl. I could have got similar herringbone vinyl cheaper elsewhere, but in the end I realised that this beautiful luxury flooring would be worth the extra - and it was!
