Ordered a large piece of vinyl flooring much cheaper and exactly the same as a well known flooring company without the expensive delivery cost, Very quick dispatch unfortunately it was damaged in transit by courier. Remlands customer service department were amazing sorting out a replacement and refunding for original purchase, and a special thank you to Dexter for keeping me informed of the replacement’s journey from warehouse to delivery. I just spent £1,800 with Remland for carpets and underlay my local carpet fitter quoted £5,500 for. I was nervous about such a big commitment, but everything has been perfect. Great communication and much quicker delivery than I expected. Brilliant start to finish. Carpets are in perfect condition and look amazing now they are fitted. I will certainly be back.

Very helpful in obtaining vinyl planks which are no longer manufactured, and providing a sample. This was for some repair work, now completed.

Good product I have used before. I have however noticed the backing material has been made a few mm thiner by comparing the new to the old carpet tiles I replaced them with.
