Remnant arrived quickly and was well packaged. I managed to cut 2 doormats from it at fraction of cost of other retailers. Excellent value, quality and service.

Good service and product. I would have given 5 stars but the carpet was not cut parallel with one end narrower than the other. Luckily it was OK with some careful cutting.

I can't praise this type of flooring enough. My last one is 12yrs old and still in good condition. It is hard wearing and easy to clean ,an excellent product.

The ordering process was simple and straight forward, great price when you factor in free delivery. Would give 5 stars, however there was no communication on the day of delivery and as I was out at work, my delivery had to be left outside. It was all fine, but I would liked to have been in to take receipt.

Love the flooring. Painfully slow delivery though! Friendly, polite and helpful staff when I chased them about it.

Remland Carpets got us out of a tricky spot with their excellent selection, great customer service and fantastic delivery speed. We've been doing up our kitchen and it took us a long time for our fitter to discover that our original choice of floor was no longer available. Thanks to Google we found Remland Carpets pretty quickly and found a few options we liked, with a nice range of price points. We phoned up Remland to confirm what was in stock and what delivery times were like. Their help on the phone was really good, and I was really impressed when they said around a week, as we'd heard much longer lead times from other sellers. The flooring arrived in good time, and we're really pleased with how it looks. And very grateful to Remland Carpets for making the whole experience easy and straightforward.

Quick delivery and high quality product

Really pleased with the vinyl flooring we ordered. We haven't laid it yet as we are waiting for our new cloakroom to be fitted. Very easy website to order from and we were kept informed of delivery by email. Would definitely use again and reccomend

I knew what I was looking for so was trying to find best deal. Remland were competitively priced and free delivery for orders over £75 which was great for first order. Unfortunately i hadn't ordered enough flooring (rookie error) so had to make an additional order. With second order I hadn't met minimum amount to qualify for free delivery which was unfortunate. With first order, delivery was fine. Was kept fairly well informed. Although judging by delivery driver's demeanor he was having a bad day! Order process so far for second order has been the same. Here's hoping by the time it is due to arrive Mr Delivery will be having a better day! There was some damage to the planks but not enough to warrant reporting or need replacement as they could be accommodated when fitting. I haven't had to have any contact with people. All straightforward ordering online and obviously I've already offered repeat business!

Excellent quality floor covering, easily ordered and very prompt delivery. Will certainly use Remland Carpets for any future floor covering and fully recommend them.

Not sure what to expect from online shopping I need not have worried. From the start and the acknowledgment it only got better until there was a problem with the delivery, alarm bells ringing but need not have worried. Called direct to Remland and spoke with a charming young lady who advised me that she would get back ASAP. Second phone call and the delivery company had not replied that was the reason for the delay. After more assurances told that the delivery would not be for three days. Later the same day delivery arrives. Phoned again to advise of the delivery to the surprise of the receptionist and again more apauligies which were not required as the young lady had done more than required for the company and their client. Would I recommend Remland Carpets, with staff like that taking time and effort to keep the clients up to date a large YES.

It was very easy to find what I wanted and I am delighted with the floor covering. The underlay was not quite what I expected, as it seemed to be a bit brittle but with the vinyl placed on the top, it does give a slightly springy feeling, which gives a very comfortable feeling to the floor. Both products arrived much quicker than I expected and were well packed. The whole process of shopping with Remland was very easy and I would certainly use them again.
