Very impressed with delivery time. The flooring was excellent and easy to fit , unfortunately I ordered double what I needed but at least if anything goes wrong with fitted part I can replace with off cut.

Ordered Heuga 727 carpet tiles - excellent quality. Used to carpet our study - laid very well, completed in 3hrs. Would definitely buy again. Very efficient delivery of samples and boxes of tiles.

I just spent £1,800 with Remland for carpets and underlay my local carpet fitter quoted £5,500 for. I was nervous about such a big commitment, but everything has been perfect. Great communication and much quicker delivery than I expected. Brilliant start to finish. Carpets are in perfect condition and look amazing now they are fitted. I will certainly be back.

Very helpful in obtaining vinyl planks which are no longer manufactured, and providing a sample. This was for some repair work, now completed.

Good product I have used before. I have however noticed the backing material has been made a few mm thiner by comparing the new to the old carpet tiles I replaced them with.

Absolutely love the result in my summer house. A small dent/cut in fortunately the off cut but laid well ( hubby did it). Feels warm and looking forward to the insulating affect.

I am very impressed with my experience of Remland Carpets. The vinyl I ordered is great but the customer service team is spectacular. They are super friendly and incredibly helpful. The delivery time was brilliant as well.

From ordering to delivery and cost I cannot fault the company Whilst the product was of good quality I was disappointed in relation to the colour description I ordered grey and would say it is a very warm dark colour and not a traditional grey that I was expecting or as the website shows It would be a good idea if you could obtain samples in advance

Disappointing service and Remland need to improve their communication with their customers. My order was delayed, and I was not made aware of the fact, then a further delay by their delivery company ment that I waited a whole day at home for a delivery that eventually come the next day, again I was not kept up to date by Remland. The product was fine and as expected but the delivery was badly managed.

We found the service to be very prompt, and the flotex we ordered was just as described. Very pleased.
