My experience of Remaland Carpets was first class.Kept me updated on my order and delivered to me next day ,as soon as they received from supplier.I am so delighted with product I am now planning on doing my living room with it.

A good company to do business with and a good experience. I would have liked more updates on delivery time scale, evenually called and delivery was due out next day. 3 day delivery. Coir matting arrived well wrapped in plastic sheeting. Quality was good. there were a few two/three inch tears along the one edge, for me that wasnt a probem as these were in the excess to requirement area. If the whole area of matt was needed then the coir would have been ok as the thick rubber backing holds the tufts in place.

The carpet tiles ordered were delivered promptly - direct from the manufacture I believe. The boxes were all falling open with the tiles hanging out and 'Security Sealed' tape around them. Fortunately none of the tiles seemed damaged, but it is not a good way to deliver. Perhaps not Remland's fault, but it should be addressed with the manufacturer.

I am very pleased with my vinyl, it is of a good quality and reasonably priced. It looks exactly as it does in the picture. It was delivered in the time it said which was very quick. It was an easy, no hassle experience.

Telephone help excellent, the young man checking that the vinyl was in stock before I ordered it on line. It arrived within 7- 9 days. Have not had it laid yet as have sent for samples for the bathroom and will have both done at the same time. Would use this firm again.

The contact and ordering arrangements were very efficient but the delivery was annoyingly delayed due to human error. Despite that, the 2 laminate packs were delivered and had been very well protected so they arrived complete and intact.

Excellent prices, premium product. Ordered commercial quality vinyl for a heavy use bathroom. Picked online. Very satisfied with the choice. Highest quality, great price. Worth noting that some commercial grade vinyls don’t have the cushion effect of some domestic versions. Check, especially if this is important to you. Nonetheless, this doesn’t detract from a great vinyl in a refurbished bathroom. Bargain. Seamless purchase experience and delivered on time.

Easy-to-use website with lots of choice, fast delivery and good customer service. They helped me select the right adhesive to go with the flooring, and delayed the delivery for me after I placed my order, so it came on the day I needed it. The delivery driver bent my vinyl flooring roll, which caused some damage on one edge. Remland responded very quickly and were ready to provide an exchange or refund. In the end I didn't need one because it was a section we were going to trim off, anyway.
