Delivery was trouble free, extremely quick and the product was exactly as expected. What more is there to say!

Delivered when they said it would Be Happy with quality of Vinyl looks nice and a not bad price so all round would use again.

Very efficient service, good quality products at reasonable prices.

The carpet tiles ordered were delivered promptly - direct from the manufacture I believe. The boxes were all falling open with the tiles hanging out and 'Security Sealed' tape around them. Fortunately none of the tiles seemed damaged, but it is not a good way to deliver. Perhaps not Remland's fault, but it should be addressed with the manufacturer.

Excellent service, great quality

Very good service & competitive prices, will recommend to friends

Excellent service from remland quick delivery and very pleased with carper we received

Thank you Remland for supplying me with beautiful vinyl flooring. I couldn’t have asked for better online service.

This was the second time that we ordered flooring from Remland Carpets, quick service, fast delivery and quality product. Much cheaper buying direct as well.

Helpful and quick response to our query/delivery

Very pleased with my order, delivery time fantastic definitely 5stars.

Good value and prompt delivery. Ordered a standard size, bigger than I needed and then cut it down using a sharp knife.

Good service and tracker.

I am very pleased with my vinyl, it is of a good quality and reasonably priced. It looks exactly as it does in the picture. It was delivered in the time it said which was very quick. It was an easy, no hassle experience.

Telephone help excellent, the young man checking that the vinyl was in stock before I ordered it on line. It arrived within 7- 9 days. Have not had it laid yet as have sent for samples for the bathroom and will have both done at the same time. Would use this firm again.

The contact and ordering arrangements were very efficient but the delivery was annoyingly delayed due to human error. Despite that, the 2 laminate packs were delivered and had been very well protected so they arrived complete and intact.

Very pleased with purchase, not been laid yet but it's exactly what I expected. Quick delivery as well.

Very good shopping experience.. Ordered some samples which came quickly... Pleased enough with the quality that I placed a full order. Good communication throughout and very quick delivery.

Excellent delivered as promised

Love the vinyl. Customer service was amazing. Super speedy delivery

Excellent product and great customer service.

Excellent prices, premium product. Ordered commercial quality vinyl for a heavy use bathroom. Picked online. Very satisfied with the choice. Highest quality, great price. Worth noting that some commercial grade vinyls don’t have the cushion effect of some domestic versions. Check, especially if this is important to you. Nonetheless, this doesn’t detract from a great vinyl in a refurbished bathroom. Bargain. Seamless purchase experience and delivered on time.

Easy-to-use website with lots of choice, fast delivery and good customer service. They helped me select the right adhesive to go with the flooring, and delayed the delivery for me after I placed my order, so it came on the day I needed it. The delivery driver bent my vinyl flooring roll, which caused some damage on one edge. Remland responded very quickly and were ready to provide an exchange or refund. In the end I didn't need one because it was a section we were going to trim off, anyway.

We had ordered carpets from another supplier which they had 'lost in the warehouse' after an eleven week wait. So we ordered the carpets from Remland for our landing, stairs, hall, living room and dining room. Unexpectedly this was a saving of around £300 over the other firm. It was all delivered within five weeks. The Remland office was very helpful and when we told them that we could not lift the carpets indoors from a 'kerbside delivery' they kindly rearranged the delivery with a driver that brought all the carpets in for us. So far we have had the living and dining room carpets fitted. They are of excellent quality and the colour is as we expected. The remaining carpets are to be fitted in a few days. I would recommend Remland Carpets. First class all round.

Great service, with great prices! Will definitely be visiting Remland Carpets again.

Great quality carpet which is the main thing. Very good price. We had to wait for delivery but knew this right from the start. Excellent communication throughout. I recommend Remland very highly and will certainly use them again if I need any more carpet.
