FREE DELIVERY - Rewmar MS Polymer Adhesive is a flexible wood flooring adhesive. It is suitable to use when installing any type of wooden floor to almost any subfloor. MS Polymer is a one-part, modified silane-based flexible wood flooring adhesive. When dry it has a high bond strength between the wooden floor and the subfloor but remains permanently flexible. This allows the flooring to move as the seasons change but it will not crack, and the floor will stay adhered to the subfloor. Rewmar Ms Polymer is easy to remove if it has been left on the surface of your wood floor and is the number one choice for professional and DIY wood floor installers.
Available here in a 15kg bucket, the adhesive can be bonded onto concrete, wood, metal decking, ceramic tiles and anhydrite screed. It is also suitable for use with warm water underfloor heating systems where the floor surface temperature does not exceed +27°C.
In addition, the product has very low volatile organic compound emissions (EC1), meaning it is safer for installers and less impactful on building occupants during the installation.

Application - Rewmar MS Polymer adhesive should be applied on to an even, dry and smooth surface which is free from any irregularities and cracks. Any old adhesive remains should be removed / scraped away as they could affect the adhesion. Any loose or damaged surfaces must be repaired before the adhesive is applied.
Before use bring the the adhesive to room temperature. Apply the adhesive to the surface with a suitable v-notched trowel (also available from us) making sure not to apply any more then can be covered within 20 minutes. Slide the wooden flooring onto the adhesive layer and tap into place using a rubber hammer. Adding weights on top of the oak boards will improve the overall bond strength.
