We are open for online orders.


Following the latest Government guidance, we’ve decided to temporarily close our Folkestone store. However we are still open for business online. You can still order your flooring and we’ll get it to you as soon as we can.

Here are a few things we are doing:

 

  • When delivering your items – Wherever possible, the delivery driver will place the items on your doorstep/Goods Inwards area, ring or knock the door as appropriate and then, where safe to do so, retreat 2 metres away and when confirmed by you, sign the parcel as CV.  The ‘CV’ endorsed signature will then be classed as a successfully completed contactless delivery. You will also have the opportunity at point of delivery to highlight any damaged or missing item(s) and have this information noted against the proof of delivery.

 

  • Our delivery couriers are using hand sanitiser between each delivery.

 

  • Some of our office-based teams are working from home.

 

  • We are trying to get through orders as quick as possible.


FAQ’s 


When will your Folkestone store reopen?

Unfortunately, we are unable to give you a confirmed date just yet, but as soon as we know, we will publish information on our website and social media.


Can I book a home fitting / measure in?

For everyone’s safety we have currently put all fittings and measures on hold for now and we will not be accepting any new bookings until business is back up and running as usual. If you have an existing booking, we will contact you to rearrange as soon as possible.


When will my flooring be delivered?

If you are unsure when a product will be delivered, we would recommend that you contact us either by email - help@remlandcarpets.co.uk or call us on 0800 246 1099, we can then advise you on this.


Can I collect my flooring?

As all non-essential travel has been prohibited and our store is currently closed, collection is unavailable, but we are trying to deliver items as soon as possible.

 

Can I still order a flooring sample?

Yes, we are still sending out samples but please note that there is a slight delay due to the volume of samples received and limited staff working.

 

Remland Carpets accounts department - During the period of uncertainty our accounts and administration staff are working remotely at a greatly reduced level and will be unable to process any credits, invoices or refunds.
