DIY Latex self levelling screed - 10kg Tub (contains 2x 5kg bags) - Everbuild 710 self levelling Flexiplus screed is a latex modified cement based powder that can be walked on in 2-4 hours and overlaid within 8 hours.
Everbuild 710 Flexiplus already contains powdered latex for ease of application, eliminating the need for separate expensive latex liquids. When mixed with water as directed the compound provides a free flowing mix that sets in 90 minutes and can be over laid after only 8 hours at normal temperatures.
Perfect for DIY use it can be easily mixed with water in the tub and be used to level out uneven floors and screeds prior to laying your new flooring. Typical surfaces include concrete and screeding, existing ceramic tiles, asphalt, wood, brick, stone etc. Not suitable for use as a final wearing surface or for external use, this product is intended for use prior to laying luxury vinyl tiles, vinyl flooring, carpets, ceramic tiles, thermoplastic tiles, wood block flooring or real wood floors. Great value and suitable for use with underfloor heating.
