Remland Carpets help raise £1319 for Strode Park Foundation (24/05/11)

After successful fundraising, the University of Kent Estates Dept were able to present a cheque for the fantastic amount of £1319 to the Strode Park Foundation, who are a local charity providing specialist care and leisure facilities for people with disabilities.

In addition to receiving some generous donations, Estates held their annual raffle for staff and would like to thank their sponsors who include: Parkway Heating, Johnson Controls, Compass Communications, Gulbenkian Theatre and the Sports Centre. A full list of sponsors can be found below.

Terry Kemp and Jayne Mortlock from Estates regularly participate in valuable voluntary work at Strode Park and anyone else who would like to help out can do so by contacting their Volunteer Coordinator, helen.kemp@strodepark.org.uk[1].
